Terms and Conditions
Custom orders:

Order Confirmation and Deposit:
- A 50% deposit of the total order cost is required to confirm any custom order.
- The deposit must be paid within 7 days of placing the order.
- This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2. Design and Approval:
- Customers are required to provide detailed specifications and design preferences for their custom order.
- A design proof or prototype may be provided for approval before full production begins.
- Once the design is approved by the customer, no changes can be made.
3. Production Time:
- Production time will commence upon receipt of the 50% deposit and final design approval.
- Estimated production time will be communicated to the customer at the time of order confirmation.
- Any changes in production time will be promptly communicated to the customer.
4. Final Payment:
- The remaining 50% of the total order cost is due upon completion of the order, prior to shipment or delivery.
- Payment must be made in full before the products are shipped or delivered.
5. Cancellations and Refunds of custom orders:
- Once the 50% deposit is made, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
By placing an order and paying the 50% deposit, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions.
Shipping:
All orders will be dispatched within 3 working days unless mitigating circumstances are announced (such as holidays)
Please allow up to a week for delivery within Sweden. Orders can also be picked up for free from my studio in Sundsvall, Sweden.
International: Shipping prices will wary depending on size and weight of the ceramics, this is calculated when 'checking out'.
Please allow 1-3 weeks for international delivery. Please note that some consignments may incur customs charges.
This is to be paid for by the customer.
Returns:
A 14-day returns policy gives you the opportunity to return any item purchased from this webshop within 14 days of receiving it. Whether you've had a change of heart or simply wish to explore other options.
Here are the key details of my returns policy:

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please ensure that all tags, labels, and accessories are intact.

Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order using the contact form under 'Enquiries'.

Return Process: Once your return request is approved, I will provide you with the address to which you can send the item back. Please ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.

Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, I will process your refund. It will be issued using the same payment method you used during the purchase.

Return Costs: Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
I take extreme care of packing items safely, but if an item would arrive broken please do contact me. If the work ordered is custom or commisioned, you will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit, exchange or credit. All returns are at the sole discretion of Olivier Maximilian and I reserve the right to refuse any return.
Handmade items:
Please remember that everything is handmade and painted by hand, variation on color, shape and size can sometimes occur. I always try and let the photos do the items justice and show them from all different angles - but at the end of the day it is handmade and it can show through.
Recycling:
I try and use as much recycled packing material as possible, without buying new materials. Please reuse and recycle again to prevent waste.
